The Kent County Human Services Complex, a three-story LEED-certified building that together with on-site parking encompasses one entire city block, was built to consolidate multiple county departments under one roof. It is a steel-framed structure with composite concrete and metal deck floors. The combined brick and glass façade is supported by steel frames.
