The 4-story facility in downtown Grand Rapids is the first LEED-certified YMCA in the United States. It contains multiple basketball courts and pools, racquetball courts, a track, locker rooms, full fitness center, and the corporate offices for Greater Grand Rapids. The structure consists of precast concrete, achieving 80-feet clear span over the pools, and structural steel, with clear spans of 125-feet over the basketball courts.
